Demonstrations
Are you looking for a new machine and would like to see it in action beforehand? We would be happy to demonstrate our HEROLD automatic coil cutting machines at our premises. On request, we can also cut samples from your own materials so that you can see for yourself the performance and precision of our machines.
Training and commissioning
We commission your new HEROLD machine directly at your premises and provide your staff with thorough training. In doing so, we ensure that your employees are able to operate the machine safely and are familiar with the key functions, settings and procedures.
Repairs
In the event of faults or machine downtime, we provide you with fast and reliable support. Our qualified staff will assist you with mechanical, electrical and software-related issues. Our aim is to minimise downtime as much as possible and get your machine back up and running quickly.
Maintenance
Would you like to have your machine inspected or serviced after a certain period of operation? We can carry out maintenance on your HEROLD machine and check it for any faults, wear and tear or areas where improvements could be made. This helps to prevent unplanned machine downtime at an early stage or reduce it significantly.
Remote maintenance
Are you experiencing a problem with the machine, the material or its operation? Many issues can be resolved quickly even remotely. We can assist you by telephone, via video conference or – where technically possible – directly via remote access to the machine. This enables us to analyse faults, check settings and provide you with targeted support in resolving the issue.
Spare parts
Do you need spare parts for your HEROLD machine? We can supply you with all the necessary components for your machine – reliably, with a perfect fit, and even for older models. The age of your machine is generally not a decisive factor. As we manufacture many components in-house and keep the machine documentation on file, we can supply you with suitable spare parts over the long term.
Training courses
Are you working with new materials or would you like to train new staff in how to use the equipment? We would be happy to train your staff directly on the machine and teach them, through hands-on practice, how to use the equipment, materials and controls safely. The training can be tailored to your specific needs.
