Automatic log slitters for different roll dimensions and production volumes
HEROLD automatic log slitter machines cover a broad range of roll dimensions, slit widths and production requirements. Depending on the selected machine model, systems are available for roll widths of up to 2,500 mm, outer roll diameters of up to 1,000 mm and slit widths starting from 1 mm.
Single-shaft, multi-shaft and turntable configurations make it possible to adapt the machine concept to the required production output. Available equipment options include different blade systems, automatic blade-angle adjustment, grinding systems, adjustable tailstocks, shaft supports, counter-bevel devices and teleservice functions.
